  • Work First, Invoice Later: Amma Infotech undertakes the client’s project before invoicing, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the quality of the work delivered before any financial obligations arise. This approach puts more risk on Amma Infotech than on the client.

  • Client Satisfaction: Before raising an invoice, we ensure that the client has had sufficient opportunity to review and approve the work done, confirming their satisfaction. Any necessary revisions are completed before the invoicing stage, eliminating the need for refunds.

  • Custom Services: The services we provide are custom-tailored to the specific needs of each client. Once the work has commenced, it cannot be reused, resold, or redistributed, which makes refunds or cancellations impossible.

3. Responsibilities of the Client
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all project requirements are clearly communicated before the commencement of work. Clients must:

  • Provide Accurate Project Details: Ensure that all necessary project details, deadlines, and expectations are communicated clearly and in writing.

  • Review and Approve Work: Review all deliverables and communicate approval or requests for revision before invoicing.

  • Meet Payment Obligations: Adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

4. Invoice Disputes
Amma Infotech ensures that all work is completed to the client’s satisfaction before raising an invoice. However, in the event of any dispute regarding the work delivered or the payment, the following steps must be taken:

  • Notification of Dispute: The client must notify Amma Infotech in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice if there is any issue regarding the services rendered.

  • Resolution Process: Amma Infotech will work with the client to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner. All efforts will be made to address the client’s concerns while adhering to the terms of this policy.

  • No Refund Commitment: Clients are reminded that regardless of any disputes, Amma Infotech does not offer refunds. All services provided are final once accepted by the client.

5. Jurisdiction for Disputes
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, all legal proceedings must be filed in the jurisdiction of the courts in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. By engaging with Amma Infotech, clients agree to this jurisdiction for any legal claims, disputes, or actions arising from this policy or any services provided by Amma Infotech.

6. Limitation of Liability
Amma Infotech’s liability is limited to the services explicitly agreed upon in the contract. Under no circumstances will Amma Infotech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any agreement or project.
